Giving your child the best possible start; education strategy and finding the right path
The Club at the Ivy, 23rd March 2016, 830am.

Choosing a school for a child is one of the toughest decisions that parents have to make, as there are just so many possibilities. State or private, single sex or co-ed, A levels or IB? There is no right or wrong answer, as each decision must be made in light of each individual child. For parents who are finding this decision a difficult one, or who want to learn more about the educational options available, Quintessentially Education's wonderful consultant Charles Milne, is here to help. Charles has worked in education for nearly 40 years and he is ideally positioned to provide expert advice on choosing the right education path way for each individual child. Born in Australia, he was at school and university in Sydney before coming to Oxford for post-graduate studies in 1977. After three years as a Research Lecturer at Christ Church, Oxford, he spent the majority of his career teaching French and English at Eton College, one of the UK's most prestigious boarding schools. At Eton, Charles was a house master and also spent 5 years as head of admissions. This event provides a unique opportunity to ask questions and explore this current and relevant topic in the safe hands of a true industry expert - it is definitely not one to be missed! Attendance is free of charge.
