Ever wondered what life is like as a Quintessentially member? Well, now you don’t have to – we’re giving you an exclusive look into our world. We make magic happen for our members, wherever they are and with whatever they need. Without us, they wouldn’t have tickets to sold-out concerts, front-row seats to fashion shows, and spots on invite-only guest lists.
With 35+ offices worldwide, we make it our mission to ensure our members live a life without limits. Every day, we open the door to the world’s most exclusive events – and last month was no different. So, without further ado, here’s what our members got up to in October…
Saatchi Yates, 14 Bury St, SW1Y 6AL
Autumn members’ drinks
Our London HQ hosted our quarterly Quintessence and Elite members’ drinks at Saatchi Yates. The pre-Frieze with a pre-Frieze soirée was a rare opportunity to experience performance artist Marina Abramović’s new exhibition before anyone else. After setting off on a private tour, they sipped Château La Coste wines, NOAM beers, and The Macallan cocktails, all paired with canapés.
A preview of Phillips’ Modern & Contemporary Art auction
Allow us to paint a picture of the art access we secured for our members: the morning began with breakfast at Phillips, followed by a private tour of the collection. Led by specialists, our members had a sneak peek at works by some of the world’s most celebrated artists – including blue-chip pieces – before the auction opened to the public.

Sotheby’s, 34–35 New Bond St, W1S 2RT
An Istrian truffle dinner at Sotheby’s
What’s better than complimentary tickets to a private tour of Sotheby’s Contemporary Evening and Day auctions with a plus one? Perhaps a Champagne reception in the auction house’s boardroom – or a seated dinner with a truffle-led menu paired with fine wines. That's exactly what our members got up to inside the New Bond Street gallery.
The Macallan x Frog by Adam Handling
Our members hopped over to Scottish chef Adam Handling MBE’s Michelin-starred restaurant in Covent Garden to celebrate the launch of The Macallan’s Curated Whisky Station. Guided by one of the Scottish distillery’s experts, the complimentary evening featured tastings of The Macallan’s single malts and creative canapés, each perfectly paired to complement every pour.

PAD London
What if we told you complimentary tickets to PAD London’s Collectors’ Preview were possible? That’s just another day in the life of our members, who were first in line at the black tent. They spent the morning browsing the annual art and design fair’s exceptional works on Mayfair’s Berkeley Square – and returned for the remaining six days.
A pre-Frieze breakfast and private tour
Our members joined us at Hauser & Wirth for two exclusive, expert-led tours of Cristina Iglesias: The Shore and Nicolas Party: Clotho. They then made their way to Mount St. Restaurant for a sit-down breakfast in the elegant Swiss Room. Those hungry for more art set off on a private tour of the restaurant’s three other Curious Rooms.

The Regent’s Park, NW1 4NR
Frieze London
Our members were first through the (tent) doors of one of the world’s leading contemporary art fairs during the invite-only preview at Regent’s Park. We also caught up with Lucy Corban, the newest member of the Frieze Connect committee, to hear all about Frieze fever, her favourite artists at the fair, and the future of becoming an art collector.
Frieze London celebrations at Soho House
Our members were invited to an intimate art- and wine-filled evening in Soho. They strolled and sipped through a private tour of Soho Revue before joining The Wine Society for a tasting of wonderful whites and outstanding orange wines. The night wrapped up with dancing and drinks at Soho House 40 Greek Street – and a Frieze-themed goody bag to take home.

LAPADA Berkeley Square Fair
Another day, another world-class art fair for our members: they attended the collectors’ preview of LAPADA Berkeley Square Fair (aka the UK’s largest association of art and antique dealers). Over six days, more than 80 exhibitors showcased sought-after pieces, from ceramics and clocks to furniture and fine art.
1-54 Art Fair at Somerset House
VIP previews, without the queues: that’s how we’d sum up the access we secured for the fair’s 13th edition. Our members zigzagged through over 60 galleries, discovering the best in contemporary African and diaspora art. And if you fancy first dibs at the next big art fair, you’ll absolutely love being one of our members.
Strand, WC2R 1LA

Globetrotter Luxury Travel Expo at Soho House Stockholm
Our member and partners mingled among 400 guests in a 19th-century church-turned-social-club, sipping glasses of Deutz, perusing pages of Robb Report Sweden, and trying out scents by Sniph. Whilst hearing insights from industry experts such as Globetrotter’s Managing Director, Thomas Legaard, they also tucked into afternoon tea from Pontus Frithiof.
Etnology Fest
Over in Belgrade, the 9th edition of Etnology Fest was back at the Ethnographic Museum for three dazzling days of culture, exhibitions, and bazaars. Our members were right in the thick of it all – enjoying front-row seats at the opening ceremony fashion show, starring looks from three Serbian designers.
