Ever wondered what life is like as a Quintessentially member? Well, now you don’t have to – we’re giving you an exclusive look into our world. We make magic happen for our members, wherever they are and with whatever they need. Without us, they wouldn’t have tickets to sold-out concerts, front-row seats to fashion shows, and spots on invite-only guest lists.

With 35+ offices worldwide, we make it our mission to ensure our members live a life without limits. Every day, we open the door to the world’s most exclusive events – and last month was no different. So, without further ado, here’s what our members got up to in June…

The Quintessentially Gala

To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we hosted a British Riviera-themed rooftop pool party atop The Berkeley and The Emory. Guests arrived via complimentary Wheely chauffeurs and sipped Fortnum & Mason Champagne. Highlights included a roaming oyster shucker, a Charlotte Tilbury makeup artist, an N25 Caviar bar, a synchronised swimming performance, and a speech by our founder, Sir Ben Elliot.

A private box at Royal Ascot

There’s you, and then there’s the Quintessentially member at Ascot you – seated in the Royal Enclosure with a glass of Champagne in hand. On Ladies’ Day, we hosted an afternoon of racing from our double-sized box in the grandstand, complete with a private balcony overlooking the track and a buffet-style lunch.

A pre- and post-racing picnic at Royal Ascot with GBRI

Hats on, hampers open: our annual Royal Ascot picnic returned to the Owners’ & Trainers’ car park with a Champagne breakfast. From there, members trotted off to our private Royal Enclosure box to catch the day’s races – only to gallop back afterward for afternoon tea, paired with English sparkling wine by Newsells Park Winery.

The Quintessentially Foundation Bike Ride 2025

This year’s 450km challenge through the Scottish Highlands came with gifted detours: a private Balmoral Castle tour, lunch at The Fife Arms, a Bentley driving experience, and a whisky tasting hosted by The Macallan to raise the riders’ spirits. The ride may be over – but your support can still go the distance. Find out more here

The men’s final at the HSBC Championships

Game, set, match: our members swung by The Queen’s Club for an ace afternoon as they watched Carlos Alcaraz reclaim the singles title in a gripping final against Jiri Lehecka. From the first serve to the final point, they soaked in the atmosphere of one of the game’s most prestigious grass-court tournaments.

Zach Bryan at BST Hyde Park

Our members also tuned as the American country sensation took to the stage for two sold-out shows in the sunshine. Away from the crowds donning cowboy hats and boots, they saddled up for a spectacular day filled with unforgettable performances, VIP access, and hospitality packages.

The Pop-Up Hotel at Glastonbury Festival

Festival, but make it five-star. This year at Glasto, we secured the golden ticket: luxury glamping with private showers, Sephora-powered spa zones, a full-size pool, and a Lavazza-fuelled bar for sipping and snacking. Our members arrived in style – some by helicopter – before being chauffeured by golf buggy to their bell tents, safari suites, or yurts.

Beyond Time with Andrea Bocelli Foundation

Among Pompeii’s ancient ruins, our members experienced a once-in-a-lifetime evening of culture, charity, and music at the city’s amphitheatre. The night began with a private guided tour, followed by dinner overlooking the ruins – and a performance by tenor Andrea Bocelli. Proceeds of the event supported the Andrea Bocelli Foundation’s life-changing mission.

Art Basel 2025

Basel, but better. As Art Basel’s official global concierge partner, we got our Elite and Quintessence members complimentary access to the fair where it all began. With Champagne breakfasts on the VIP preview days and over 200 galleries showing the world’s most sought-after works, this was the place to see (and be seen) in Switzerland.
