A three-week trip to South Asia
Our team planned a three-week trip for a family looking to make the most of Bhutan, Cambodia, and India. Thanks to our preferred partner status with Virtuoso – the industry’s leading network of travel advisors – we arranged a complimentary Bhutanese guide and booked them in the country’s hottest hotels with additional benefits.
An expert-led stargazing experience in Asia
One of our members’ children joined 34 classmates on a stargazing expedition during a school trip to Borneo. After contacting 18 agencies, we tracked down a disbanded astronomy group that had collaborated with National Geographic. The group reunited and made a five-four journey by road and river to provide the perfect evening under a canopy of stars.
A private cruise along Hong Kong’s coastline
We collaborated with a world-leading yacht company to curate a private charter for Tatler. Once onboard, the magazine’s guests sailed along Hong Kong’s sparkling shoreline to a secluded, sun-drenched cove, where they enjoyed lunch prepared by a private chef. We curated the entire experience, including personalised goodie bags and a trip to a nearby beach by tender.
A family celebration in the countryside
A family of 19 wanted to celebrate multiple birthdays and graduations in the English countryside. So, after a month of planning, we whisked them away to Fairmont Windsor Park for a private lunch. Then, they hopped on a traditional horse-drawn carriage ride through the town, followed by a series of family-friendly activities on the hotel’s sprawling grounds.
Around the world in 365 days
A member and his family decided to take a year-long trip around the world. They wanted to travel in style, so we made sure they flew to different destinations by private jet and stayed in some of the world’s best hotels.
Our relationships with the world’s leading luxury hotel groups meant the family received VIP treatment wherever they travelled. And enjoyed benefits such as discounted rates and complimentary room or suite upgrades.
We also secured stays at spots such as Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc – a château in the Côte d'Azur that’s usually reserved for returning guests in the summer months.
A fashion-forward proposal in Paris
Nothing says romance like getting down on one knee in the City of Love. That’s why we arranged for one of our members and his fashion-loving girlfriend to fly to Paris by private plane.
We whisked her to the House of Dior to choose outfits for the trip. Later, our member proposed in front of the Eiffel Tower on a private balcony decorated with hundreds of flowers.
Then, they had a private shopping experience at Cartier for her engagement ring, before staying in a suite designed by Karl Lagerfeld at Hôtel de Crillon on the night of the proposal.
A 40-day American road trip
One of our members wanted to hit the road with their partner, so we took the wheel and arranged a route that was totally tailored to their tastes.
Starting in San Francisco, the couple stayed in 22 luxury lodges, ranches, and hotels throughout their trip. And we ensured they made the most of the adventure by exploring the US and western Canada’s best bits – like, the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, and Vancouver Island.
A highlight of their trip was visiting the Yellowstone National Park, where they watched the wildlife and witnessed its natural beauty.
The magic of Lapland
Travelling with children gets a bad rap. But with us, it’s magical. Like this Lapland itinerary we created for a member who wanted to make memories with her six young grandchildren.
No trip to Lapland would be complete without visiting Santa and his elves. And we made this Christmas dream a reality by working with our member to ensure Santa hand-delivered personalised gifts to her grandchildren.
And when the coronavirus pandemic put a stop to their plans the following year, we collaborated with Quintessentially Experiences to transform her home into a winter wonderland with the same special visit from Santa.
