- Terms and conditions of the three-month trial membership are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Quintessentially. The membership is not redeemable for cash. Void where prohibited by law.
- The free three-month trial can only be redeemed by using the unique reference code shared on bespoke Quintessentially marketing cards located in your gift pack.
- To redeem, you must complete the registration form from the QR code supplied, no entries can be accepted through any other method.
- Once registered, the three-month trial is associated with the verified name provided via the form. This cannot be transferable to any other individual.
- The free three-month trial must be redeemed before 1st June 2024.
- If the participant is additionally the winner of the free one-year membership, (competition prize from Cheltenham 2024) the trial membership must start ahead of redeeming the one-year membership prize.
- You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions otherwise will not be eligible to redeem the free three-month trial membership the offer will be withdrawn.
- When using your free three-month trial, Quintessentially can cancel the membership if the participant does not comply with Quintessentially’s terms and conditions.
- Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your acceptance and use of the three-month membership.
- A three-month free trial can only be used in conjunction with the Cheltenham 2024 Competition (win a one-year membership - active between the dates of 12-15th March 2024) after the expiry date of the trial.
- If the participant of the trial membership wins the free one-year membership and does not wish to continue with the full-year prize, the participant can, subject to the competition rules, request the membership be transferred to another verified name The transferred membership validity would be calculated pro-rata up to a maximum of 9 months.
- Participants claiming the free three-month trial must be over 18 years old
