JOB SUMMARY

Ensure the Quintessentially Member (both private and corporate) has access to London’s most exclusive, in-demand restaurants. To facilitate requests offering expert advice about the industry, where possible driving business towards venues that offer Quintessentially commissions and member benefits. To create seasonal guides and informative documentation for members and the customer service team.

KEY DUTIES

  • Assist head of restaurants in maintaining relationships with London’s (& other key UK destinations) most exclusive restaurants.
  • Building trust and sound personal working relationships in order to achieve a higher success rate on reservations and other bookings.
  • Display sound knowledge and understanding of the industry.
  • Keep up to date with latest industry news, developments, events.
  • Handle as many requests as possible, responding in a timely manner.
  • React to each individual request offering only personalised, appropriate restaurants that meet members needs and also match with our brand ethos.
  • Aiding lifestyle managers to fulfil member requests.
  • Database management, ensuring data and information is logged correctly into servers and where possible help with monthly reporting.
  • Aid the wider specialist team, where possible with any administrative support required.

HOURS OF WORK

Contractual hours are from 0900 to 1730 Monday – Friday.

However, it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Other languages advantageous.
  • Passionate about customer service & delivering service excellence.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent client empathy.
  • Fast learner – adapting to new processes in rapidly changing climate.
  • Creative problem solving & organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive & reactive simultaneously - know the client base and anticipate their needs, show initiative.
  • Strong IT & CRM systems skills (Q Force, Microsoft Office etc.).
  • Skilled in dealing with confidential information always using discretion and sensitivity.
