Business Development Manager

The Business Development Managers’ responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for overall revenue growth by creating and delivering an ambitious BD plan which delivers new client acquisition
  • Identify new prospects which play to the agency premium proposition
  • Create new revenue streams from selling strategic products and services which drive reputation and revenue (i.e. insight studies etc.) 
  • Contribute and deliver a clear growth plan, owning personal targets and contributing to broader growth objective
  • Create compelling and high-quality pitch proposals and supporting documents
  • Identify and participate in relevant external networking opportunities with a view to driving the businesses awareness amongst relevant prospects and other influencers

The ideal Business Development Manager:

  • Proven track record within sales environment that is within selling a Service, with a minimum of 3-4 years sales experience
  • Have a passion for all things Luxury
  • Comfortable with talking and working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Have your own black book of contacts
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to construct a compelling pricing structure for prospective clients
  • Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and a real desire to exceed targets
