This prize is available to the entry who has signed up at Cheltenham Festival between the dates: of 12-15^th March 2024.
To enter, you must complete the sign-up form from the QR code supplied, no entries can be accepted through any other method.
The prize is awarded to the verified name associated with the sign-up form, subject to the name change if the entry participant requests. After this point, membership cannot be transferable to any other name.
If a verified name change is requested this cannot be used for any unlawful intention, in line with the AML and anti-bribery.
Membership will start once the winner has signed up and relevant information is shared and agreed upon with Quintessentially.
Membership will last 12 months from the start date. Renewal of membership will be determined by Quintessentially and notice of the expiry date will be shared with the winner ahead of the end date.
Gifted Membership must be redeemed before 1st June 2024.
If the winner is eligible for the three-month free trial, the prize of one year’s membership can only be used in conjunction subject to the expiry date of the trial membership.
If the winner is eligible for the three-month trial and is subsequently the winner of the one-year membership, but requests a name change, the membership will reduce to 9 months duration from set-up.
Membership gifted will be Elite tier, with the opportunity for the winner to upgrade the membership tier.
If an upgrade is requested by the entry winner, Quintessentially will determine the additional cost.
Quintessentially can cancel membership if the competition winner does not comply with Quintessentially’s terms and conditions.
Gifted membership cannot be applied against taxes, supplier-charged fees, cancellation or change penalties, pre-paid reservations, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude any and all liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you or any third party arising from your acceptance and use of gifted membership.
You must agree to and comply with these terms and conditions; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to redeem the gifted membership and the membership will be withdrawn.
Terms and conditions of this gifted membership are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Quintessentially. The membership is not redeemable for cash. Void where prohibited by law.
Participants entering the competition must be over 18 years old. Except in reasonable circumstances, and where Quintessentially agrees, this prize cannot be used with any other Quintessentially membership or marketing activation.
