12 Hay Hill Members Club

They say you should never mix business with pleasure; Simon Robinson, CEO of 12 Hay Hill Membership Club, begs to differ. Opening this April in the heart of Mayfair, 12 Hay Hill offer its members a new class of business environment – one where complimentary IT support comes hand-in-hand with a Michelin-starred chef.

Without committing to a long-term lease and hiring full time staff, members at 12 Hay Hill will reap the benefits of a prime office address, a luxurious Club and an international network of like-minded individuals. For a little over £6000 per month, members will gain a six desk office (single desks are also available) with furniture and administrative staff included. On top of this, members will have unlimited access to 12 Hay Hill's jaw-dropping range of facilities.

Firstly, there is the ground floor bar and lounge (with hot-desking space), a gym with shower facilities, luxury lifestyle concierge and access to additional business facilities. However, perhaps most impressive is 12 Hay Hill's superlative dining options. Shaun Rankin, who has held a Michelin star since 2005, will provide the entire culinary offering at the Club. Members can opt for the high-end brasserie, with a menu based on Rankin's signature fresh Jersey ingredients, or Deli-style daytime dining in the basement bar. A light menu for al-fresco dining is also available on the spectacular terrace overlooking Berkeley Square.
The innovative new club where London's business elite will be able to work and play under one roof...
Aside from the esteemed cuisinier, members at 12 Hay Hill can rest assured they're in safe hands with the aforementioned Simon Robinson at the helm. Previously Crown Equerry within the Royal Household and the architect of State and ceremonial processions for The Royal Mews, Robinson knows all about setting very high standards. We caught up with the Chief Executive to find out more about this ground-breaking new project; "It's a very exciting initiative because, if you focus on business, there's no competition in London" enthused Simon. "We're not The Arts Club or 5 Hertford Street; it's a completely different offering and we're very competitively priced. We fill that gap between well-established private members' clubs and serviced offices. In most clubs you can't get a telephone or computer out, let alone have a meeting. On the other side is the plethora of serviced offices that are invariably a dull experience."

Simon also shed some light on the team he's assembled at 12 Hay Hill; "Head of Operations is Julien Marinozzi who brings with him a decade of experience working in Mayfair's Sketch and Michelin-starred restaurant in France. Also joining us is Oliver Morton who was Membership Secretary at The Hospital Club and David Wetton who's been on the door at Annabel's for the last 23 years."

With Resident Memberships selling fast and Social Memberships – granting access to the Club for £150 per month – primed to follow suit, the time is nigh for London's business elite looking to work and play under one roof. 12 Hay Hill welcomes membership applications and further inquiries but, as Simon says, "the answer is yes, it's just a matter of what the question is."
