Lifestyle Manager / Concierge

Requirements:

  • Advanced English + native or bilingual Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication and previous experience in customer service.
  • Proactivity, empathy, and a focus on conflict resolution.
  • CRM knowledge (experience with Microsoft Office and Google My Space is a plus).
  • Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management and Tourism (preferred).
  • Schedule flexibility, including weekends.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Residency in São Paulo.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer service and management of local and international requests, ensuring service excellence.
  • Use of CRM tools.
  • Support for requests from clients of other international units.
  • Contact with external suppliers and booking services on behalf of clients.
  • Creation of materials such as newsletters, food guides, and tourist or entertainment proposals.
  • Full-time, in-person position with availability for evening and weekend shifts.
