Lifestyle Manager / Concierge

Requirements:
- Advanced English + native or bilingual Portuguese.
- Excellent communication and previous experience in customer service.
- Proactivity, empathy, and a focus on conflict resolution.
- CRM knowledge (experience with Microsoft Office and Google My Space is a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management and Tourism (preferred).
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Residency in São Paulo.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service and management of local and international requests, ensuring service excellence.
- Use of CRM tools.
- Support for requests from clients of other international units.
- Contact with external suppliers and booking services on behalf of clients.
- Creation of materials such as newsletters, food guides, and tourist or entertainment proposals.
- Full-time, in-person position with availability for evening and weekend shifts.
