IT Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide an excellent service to our global users. The Helpdesk Engineer will fix computer-related issues in a timely manner.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to all helpdesk tickets assigned to you

• Answering helpdesk calls from users

• Create and edit users in Active Directory and Office 365

• Assign permissions in SharePoint

• Rebuilt PC’s and repair laptops

• Asset management

• Basic Mac support

• Basic networking troubleshooting

• Other ad-hoc IT support duties

• Assist with laptop and PC setup.

• Assist with general IT enquiries.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent English

• Strong IT skills

• Exposure to working in a similar role

• Mature approach, reliable, dedicated and committed with a strong drive

• Confident, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure

KNOWLEDGE SOUGHT

• Basic Active Directory Users and Computers Administration

• DNS/DHCP

• Network patching

• Office 365 administration

• Windows 10 troubleshooting

• SharePoint knowledge is desirable
