Chicama | King's Road, Chelsea

Opening on Chelsea's King's Road this August, Chicama is the second opening from the team behind Marylebone's much-loved Pachamama restaurant. Head Chef Erren Nathaniel has previously worked in some of the most exciting kitchens in Lima and London, including Launceston Place, Viajante, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and 28:50.

The menu, inspired by the coastal food of Peru, will revolve around fish of the day. Market fresh fish such as dover sole, rock bass and monkfish will be cooked on the robata grill and served with house sauces. With no meat on the menu, seafood and vegetables will be championed and vibrant flavours making bold use of chilli and lime will feature throughout. Dishes will include Tuna tiradito, smoked tamari egg, black radish and Crispy confit seabass rolls, while the drinks offering will include a concise list of Peruvian inspired cocktails.

A 16-cover chef's table situated in the kitchen will be available for private dining as well as for hosting chefs' residencies. Additionally, a 30-cover terrace will be open for lunch, dinner and drinks.
