Serving an excellent Indian BBQ menu, Brigadiers also is home to a large, beautiful terrace in the middle of The City. In a departure from its summer incarnation as a beer garden, come autumn, the addition of heat lamps will make the space cosy. Enjoy a selection of their sharing plates, and end the evening with their fantastic iteration of an Eton Mess.

A place to see and be seen, the outdoor patio at Chiltern is definitely one of London’s most popular. With multiple heat lamps alongside a roaring fireplace, you won’t go cold. Open from morning til night, the American-inspired menu changes with the seasons—but always includes their famous Crab Doughnuts, which are spectacular.

Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill

Featuring the best of British seafood, Bentley’s selection of the ocean’s finest never disappoints. The carpeted terrace, which is also enclosed by glass, stays warm with heat lamps but still feels outdoorsy thanks to the many plants. Sample their extensive raw bar, or go for their version of classic, comforting fish pie.

The perfect place to enjoy their inventive Parmesan Fries and seasonal pastas, the leafy space will beckon you to stay longer than you should.
