This exciting role will oversee internal and corporate projects from point of initial briefing through implementation and training.


Project Management:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project goals and objectives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation for reference and audit purposes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues. Collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and track risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements. Conduct regular reviews and quality checks.
  • Project Performance Tracking: Help monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the project management framework.

New Corporate Clients:

  • Support Technical Program Manager with drafting or reviewing content for operational and service-related responses for corporate tender pitches, presentations, RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Pricing), RFQs (Request for Quotations).
  • Review project briefs to and coordinate account set-up & staff training.
  • Attend client meetings and collaborate with Servicing Team and Partner Offices to ensure SLAs are continuously monitored and systems are functioning to support.

Current Corporate Clients:

  • Responsible for in-depth implementation planning & delivery in regards to CRM system, process flow and SOPs.
  • Work with Technical Program Manager to ensure telephony, CRM systems, email, etc. are set-up according to contractual requirements and in the most efficient manner.
  • Work with Salesforce (CRM) System Developer and CRM System Support to ensure CRM system supports various project needs.

9:00 – 5:30pm


  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address project challenges and identify solutions.
  • Excellent written & oral communication..
  • Strong IT & CRM systems skills (Q Force, Microsoft Office etc.).
  • Passionate about delivering service excellence.
  • Familiar with Salesforce and/or an interest in CRM systems and technical project management.
  • Prior exposure to project management is preferred.
