Job Summary

  • Reactively handle all incoming lifestyle & leisure related requests/enquiries from our Members in accordance with set guidelines
  • Researching and arranging of travel bookings, restaurant bookings, club bookings and much more
  • Adhering to company standards when dealing with members whilst delivering a consistently high level of service
  • Using our CRM system to log member requests, action requests and update member information
  • Providing quality suggestions whilst exceeding member expectations
  • Extensive phone and email correspondence with members and suppliers


  • Fluent in German & English
  • Work background in any of the following areas: Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and/or Account Management, Luxury Travel & Leisure
  • In depth understanding of the needs of affluent, high-net worth individuals
  • Good knowledge of world wide travel destinations and luxury products/services
  • Minimum of 1-2 years to customer service exposure

Hours of Work

Night Shift: 11pm – 7am. This role will involve working some weekends.
