Job Summary
- Reactively handle all incoming lifestyle & leisure related requests/enquiries from our Members in accordance with set guidelines
- Researching and arranging of travel bookings, restaurant bookings, club bookings and much more
- Adhering to company standards when dealing with members whilst delivering a consistently high level of service
- Using our CRM system to log member requests, action requests and update member information
- Providing quality suggestions whilst exceeding member expectations
- Extensive phone and email correspondence with members and suppliers
Requirements
- Fluent in German & English
- Work background in any of the following areas: Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and/or Account Management, Luxury Travel & Leisure
- In depth understanding of the needs of affluent, high-net worth individuals
- Good knowledge of world wide travel destinations and luxury products/services
- Minimum of 1-2 years to customer service exposure
Hours of Work
Night Shift: 11pm – 7am. This role will involve working some weekends.
