As the Lead Designer, you will be part of the global marketing team and will conceptualise, design and deliver the creation of innovative digital campaigns, multi-channel content, brand collateral and be a driving force behind all brand creative.

Bringing a high level of expertise, you will be responsible for developing innovative, sophisticated, and premium concepts for online and offline marketing.


Managing two designers, you will be overseeing many aspects including:

  • Online Marketing: Collaborate with the wider team to develop strong and consistent visual assets for our online marketing channels.
  • Website and Digital: Oversee and contribute to the ongoing creation of content for the member’s portal.
  • Social: Innovative content creation including imagery, moving imagery/GIFs and video
  • Staying on top of industry trends and sharing best in class social content to draw inspiration from.
  • Offline Marketing: Create and execute innovative, consumer engaging and commercial concepts for Quintessentially brand presence at events and link this to digital consumer experiences.
  • Creation of all branding, merchandising and event toolkit for global roll-out
  • Global Office & Group Support: Identify the need for and create guidelines and universal templates for regular assets & communications.
  • Update and maintain asset library and content library.
  • Creative Process & Project Management: In collaboration with Head of Global Marketing, define and roll-out creative process, project log and prioritisation funnel, including expectation management and communication of deadlines and ETAs across departments.


0900 to 1730 Monday – Friday.

However, it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.

This is a Maternity cover contract of up to 1 year, commencing May/ June 2024.


  • Have 5-6 years’ experience in a similar role, with a relevant degree or technical training
  • Have sound creative judgement knowing what work is right both for the Quintessentially brand and client/brand work
  • Be a skilled digital first Creative Designer with experience in brand and UI/UX design.
  • Have the ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that fit within the Quintessentially brand that will deliver against our core objectives.
  • Have a passion for digital first developments with a strong interest in luxury lifestyle, and be on top of luxury trends, sharing best in class case studies.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work.
  • Have an impressive portfolio and a passion for outstanding design, on and offline.
  • Be able to present your ideas and concepts in a clear and considered way.
  • Share and contribute to the creative passion and ambition of Quintessentially
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, prioritising work flow for both short and long-term objectives.
  • Have full understanding and vast experience with a range of design packages; with advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe XD or Figma and animation and video editing skills are an advantage.
  • An understanding of HTML and content management systems such as Marketing Cloud are a bonus.
